Landshut
hat eine schöne erhaltene Altstadt, die überragt wird von der
St. Martinskirche.
Über der Stadt liegt die
Burg Trausnitz, die von den Wittelsbachern um 1204 erbaut wurde.
Es haben sich zahlreiche gotische Bürgerhäuser und das
Rathaus aus dem 15. Jahrhundert
erhalten. Bekanntester Profanbau
ist die
Stadtresidenz Landshut, ein Renaissancebau
aus der Mitte des 16.
Jahrhunderts.

Residence,
where the Dukes of
